You can go over to the immense Bayas Beach, natural monument, to play with your dog in summer (one of the few beaches that allows pets in this season), with a nudist area of great charm. Or discover the hidden beauty of semi-savage beaches such as Las Llanas or Playa del Silencio in Cudillero, as well as others with all facilities.
Go along the coast of Senda Norte (North Path) from Muros de Nalón, with its beautiful views or look out to its vantage points of Cabo Vidio or Cabo Peñas with its spectacular cliffs. Or learn to surf in one of the schools on the nearby beaches of Aguilar or Salinas.

Oviedo is around the corner, a city of reputed beauty where you can find the monuments of the World Heritage Asturian Pre-Romanesque. You can imbue the castro culture in Castro de Coaña and go out for tapas in Luarca, the white village of the Costa Verde (Green Coast). Or see unique and authentic specimens of the feared giant squid in the Luarca museum.
You can go on horseback riding, rent bicycles or practice at the Shooting Club of Salas and enjoy unforgettable days of fishing salmon in the rivers of Nalón or Narcea. If you are a bon vivant you can relax and play golf at the Las Caldas Golf Club, and visit the wine cellars of the generous wine of Cangas de Narcea or a genuine winery of Asturian cider.
